Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking an experienced Event Travel Manager to act as the lead contact for a dedicated client, handling multiple group air bookings and coordinating end-to-end travel solutions. You will work with the Operations Director and M&E teams to deliver high-value, efficient service.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project management, cost-effective fare negotiation, and strong stakeholder coordination, with on-site event support as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Travel or Event Travel.
• Proven experience managing group air bookings and complex itineraries.
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre.
• BA/VA Level 1 and 2 training desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of multiple small to medium-sized group air programs, up to 600 passengers per month.
• Arrange and coordinate air and rail travel for clients.
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective fares while maximizing CTM M&E revenue.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and destination feasibility studies; assist in client pitches.
• Budget management and end-to-end project financial oversight.
• Full reconciliation of project accounts.
