Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group seeks an Event Travel Manager to lead end-to-end coordination of premium group air programs. You will liaise with the Operations Director and M&E teams to deliver seamless travel solutions, maximise value, and support client success.

The role suits experienced professionals in agency or TMC settings, handling multiple bookings and complex itineraries, with flexibility for remote/hybrid work and occasional on-site support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Travel, Event Travel or Business Travel.
• Proven ability to manage multiple group air bookings.
• Experience with Sabre; language skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of group air programs up to 600 passengers monthly.
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective fares and maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with Operations Director and M&E team to ensure service excellence.
• Provide on-site support when required.
