Job summary

CTM Group is seeking an experienced Event Travel Manager to act as the lead for a dedicated client, handling multiple group air bookings and collaborating with the Operations Director and team to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service.

The role focuses on end-to-end travel coordination, project management, and maximizing value for clients, leveraging CTM’s technology and network. A background in corporate travel and handling complex programmes is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Travel, Event Travel, Business Travel.
• Proven experience managing group air bookings and complex travel programmes.
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre.
• BA/VA Level 1 and 2 training desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management for multiple small to medium group air programs, up to 600 passengers monthly.
• Coordinate air and rail travel logistics.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best fares while maximizing CTM M&E revenue.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and destination feasibility studies; assist client pitching.
• Manage budgets and oversee project finances.
• Reconcile project accounts for accuracy.
