Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group in the UK is seeking an experienced Event Travel Manager to act as the lead point of contact for a dedicated client, coordinating multiple small to medium group air bookings.

You will work with the Operations Director and the wider M&E team to ensure seamless delivery and strong end-to-end project management, coordinating air and rail travel and optimising logistics for up to 600 passengers monthly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Group Travel, Event Travel, Business Travel, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing group air bookings and complex travel programmes.
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre.
• BA/VA Level 1 and 2 training desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Additional language skills are advantageous

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of multiple group air programs, up to 600 passengers monthly.
• Arrange and coordinate air and rail travel.
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective fares while maximising revenue.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and destination feasibility studies; assist client pitching.
• Budget management and financial oversight; reconcile accounts
