Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking an experienced Event Travel Manager to act as the lead contact for a dedicated client, coordinating multiple group air bookings and coordinating with the Operations Director and team to ensure superior service.

You will manage end-to-end travel coordination, negotiate with suppliers for cost efficiency, and support the M&E team with travel solutions. The role is hybrid with London-based presence and potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Group Travel, Event Travel, Business Travel, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing group air bookings and complex travel programmes.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management and coordination of multiple small to medium-sized group air programs (up to 600 passengers/month).
• Arrange and coordinate air and rail travel for seamless logistics.
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective fares while maximizing CTM M&E revenue.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support as required.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and destination feasibility studies; assist in client pitching.
