Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group in the UK seeks an Event Travel Manager to lead group air bookings for a dedicated client, coordinating with the Operations Director, Team Manager and M&E colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

The role focuses on end-to-end project management for multiple programs, negotiating with suppliers for best fares and overseeing budgets, with travel for up to 600 passengers per month and occasional on-site support.

Qualifications

• Experience in group air bookings and large travel programmes.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Sabre or similar seating and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management and coordination of multiple group air programs (up to 600 passengers/month).
• Arrange and coordinate air and rail travel for clients.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best fares while maximizing client value for CTM M&E.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support when required.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and destination feasibility studies; assist in client pitches.
