Job summary

Prescient Healthcare Group is seeking an Enterprise Systems Manager to own and deliver our core enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, CMap, BambooHR, Sage Intacct and Concur. You will lead day-to-day administration, drive improvements and manage change with an emphasis on AI-powered automation.

Based in the UK, you will coordinate programmes end-to-end, build reports and dashboards, and ensure system adoption across the business. Remote working is supported for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a systems administration, business systems or operations coordination role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major enterprise platform (Salesforce, CMap, BambooHR, Sage Intacct, Concur).
• Strong ability to manage data, reports and dashboards across platforms.
• Familiarity with integration platforms and AI/automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Prescient's core enterprise platforms on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage user access, configuration changes and system health across in-scope platforms.
• Coordinate active workstreams, track milestones and prepare status updates.
• Build reports, dashboards and data extracts to support operations and management.
• Lead change management, training and user guidance for new functionality.
• Explore AI and automation opportunities to reduce friction and improve delivery.
