Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer to design, build, and maintain Salesforce-based customer management solutions across Sales, Service, and Data Cloud. You will integrate ERP and external systems via APIs, implement robust data governance, and support Customer 360 initiatives.

The role requires strong Apex, LWC, and automation skills, plus experience with CI/CD and secure, scalable deployments. Hybrid UK-based work with collaborative stakeholders across business and tech teams.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Developer Certification (PD2) required.
• Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce development experience including Apex, LWC, Flows and platform automation.
• Experience delivering Data Cloud, CDP and MDM solutions with 360 use cases.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems via APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Good understanding of SQL, data modelling, data warehousing and ETL/ELT.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance and GDPR.
• Experience with CI/CD, source control and release management (GitHub/GitLab/Copado).
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and DevOps delivery methods.
• Experience with Informatica, Snowflake, Data 360, Treasure Data or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions using Salesforce Sales/Service/Revenue Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Configure Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Flows, Validation Rules, and metadata.
• Develop scalable integrations between Salesforce and ERP, Informatica, and other systems via REST/SOAP.
• Support Customer 360 and master data management initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
• Ensure security and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production CRM platforms.
