Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Finance Systems Lead based in the United Kingdom. You will own and evolve the finance systems stack (NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, Pigment), drive automation, and enable scalable processes for a rapidly growing AI business.

This remote‑first role requires hands‑on ownership, strong ERP integration skills, and collaboration with Finance, Data, and Automation teams to support international expansion, new pricing models, and potential

Qualifications

• Hands‑on NetSuite admin experience in multi‑entity environments.
• Strong NetSuite technical skills: SuiteScript, SuiteQL, saved searches, roles and releases.
• Experience owning ERP/billing implementations from planning to deployment.
• Understanding of Stripe data flows into ERP for revenue recognition.
• Ability to design and maintain integrations via iPaaS or code.
• SQL skills to troubleshoot data flows and build automated reconciliations.
• Collaboration with accountants, engineers, data specialists, and auditors.
• AI‑first mindset with automation of repetitive workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations between Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob and NetSuite; data flows to analytics warehouse.
• Lead selection, implementation and rollout of new finance systems for usage‑based billing and equity administration.
• Expand finance systems setups for new legal entities with consistent configurations.
• Design automated reconciliation processes and alerts for data integrity.
• Partner with Automation and Data teams to develop AI‑powered workflows for finance operations.
• Support pricing model evolution and international expansion with scalable systems.
