Job summary

Prescient Healthcare Group is seeking an Enterprise Systems Manager to own day‑to‑day administration of Salesforce, CMap, BambooHR, Sage Intacct and Concur, driving improvements and managing change across the enterprise technology stack.

You will coordinate programmes, manage data quality and lead AI/automation pilots, while supporting the business through a period of transformation. Remote/hybrid options from London or Manchester are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a systems administration, business systems, or operations coordination role.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major enterprise platform (e.g. Salesforce, a PSA tool such as CMap, an HRIS such as BambooHR, or a finance system such as Sage Intacct).
• Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, track tasks across complex workstreams and deliver to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain core enterprise platforms on a day‑to‑day basis, ensuring stable operation.
• Manage user access, permissions and system health across in‑scope platforms.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of system configurations and processes.
• Lead planning and execution of system implementations, configurations and releases from requirements through to go‑live.
• Coordinate UAT activity and log defects.
