Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant to own enterprise engagements end to end, from business case to hands-on build and handoff. The role is based in London with eligibility for remote work, enabling delivery of AI-driven automation for procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and related processes.

You will advise executives, run discovery workshops, and design prompts and integrations for agent-based automations, while navigating risks like authentication and latency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions consulting, forward deployed, strategic consulting, product management, process automation, or business analysis.
• Experience in supply chain, ERP, or finance operations processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, AP/AR).
• Built AI or agent-based automation and engaged enterprise executives in B2B software sales.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise executives on goals, build business case, set success metrics.
• Lead discovery workshops and map processes to automated solutions.
• Design prompts and AI agent-based automations, identify integration risks.
• Own delivery through go-live and hand off to partners and client teams.
