Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Head of Business Systems & Security to own the platforms, security program, and IT across UK, US and Portugal. You will define architecture, governance and roadmap, lead a small engineering team, and collaborate with executives.

You will govern NetSuite, Salesforce, Workato and DealHub, drive AI adoption, automate manual processes, and ensure SOC 2 Type II compliance. The role offers a strategic, autonomous remit with broad impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems or BizTech leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on ownership of an enterprise CRM/ERP and their integration layer.
• Accountable ownership of SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 programmes.
• Identity and access management across multiple countries.
• Hands-on with systems configuration and practical detail.
• Strong AI experience and ability to implement AI into workflows.
• Ability to translate technical trade-offs into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the business systems estate end to end: NetSuite, Salesforce, Workato and DealHub.
• Set architecture, operating model and roadmap for system usage.
• Lead SOC 2 Type II programme and security policy governance.
• Own identity and access management across three countries.
• Lead customer security assurance from security questionnaires to due diligence.
• Own the tech stack, licensing, renewals and spend decisions.
• Define how Reachdesk adopts AI, its tools and workflows.
• Run the AI governance framework and data controls.
• Automate manual processes and publish measurable impact.
• Lead and grow a small systems engineering team.
