Job summary

REM Associates Ltd. is seeking a Remote Sales Engineer in the UK to drive high-value deals with CTOs and engineering leaders across enterprise accounts.

You will demonstrate the platform, tailor demonstrations to hiring and transformation goals, and respond to RFIs/RFPs. The role involves analysing existing hiring workflows, running technical workshops, and collaborating with product and engineering to design bespoke solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
• Willingness to travel internationally to meet customers.

Responsibilities

• Close six-figure deals with CTOs and senior technical stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with high-quality submissions.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations showing platform value for hiring and transformation.
• Analyse customers' hiring workflows and align needs with platform capabilities.
• Lead technical workshops and on-site assessments to validate fit and impact.
• Own pre-sales documentation and collaborate with product/engineering for bespoke designs.
