Job summary

Afiniti is seeking a high-performing Director of Enterprise Sales in the UK (Remote) to drive revenue across enterprise and upper mid-market segments. You will own the full sales cycle, prospector-to-close, while engaging executives and delivering strategic value through Afiniti’s AI-driven solutions.

You will build and execute strategic account plans, collaborate with Sales Eng, Marketing, Growth, Product, and Customer Success teams, and consistently exceed targets while expanding relationships

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of B2B technology sales with enterprise focus.
• Proven track record closing seven-figure enterprise deals.
• Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN or Sandler selling.
• Experience with CRM platforms and complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue across enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closure for Afiniti products.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with GTM priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales Eng, Marketing, Growth, Product, and Customer Success.
• Exceed sales targets and deliver strong client experiences.
• Lead pilots and convert to contracted revenue.
