Faculty is seeking a Sales Director in the United Kingdom to lead large-scale strategic AI engagements, building trusted C-suite relationships and establishing Faculty as the essential partner for Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 organisations pursuing transformative AI.

You will drive growth through complex sales cycles, collaborate with Accenture, and shape bold, differentiated commercial solutions that enable clients to harness the full power of artificial intelligence. On-site in London.

Qualifications

Enterprise sales leadership experience.
C-suite engagement with senior sponsors (CTO, CSO, CISOs).
Strong technical sales acumen translating AI concepts to business value.
Partnership sales experience with consulting firms and SI/hyper-scalers.
Deal orchestration and complex commercial structuring (MSAs, pricing).
Executive presence with ability to drive momentum in long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline of high-value strategic opportunities with target enterprises and Accenture channels.
Lead end-to-end sales processes from executive engagement to contract signature, including scoping, design, negotiations, procurement and legal reviews.
Develop enduring executive relationships with C-suite sponsors at global accounts to position Faculty as their premier AI partner.
Collaborate with Accenture leadership to identify joint pursuits and align go-to-market strategies.
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets with rigorous forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Coordinate with cross-functional technical and delivery teams to shape compelling AI propositions.
