Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking an organized Implementation Manager to join the Customer Success team in the EMEA region. You will own onboarding and rollout programs for large enterprise clients, from pre-sale handoff to the first 90 days, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing onboarding, customer success, or program management role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with financial services clients such as investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, and VC firms is advantageous.
• Experience with change management to drive adoption of new tools post-purchase.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, Rocketlane) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Strong communication to coordinate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients from pre-sale handoff through the first 90 days.
• Lead status meetings and align resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Track adoption signals (time to first login, engagement, retention) and act with the account team.
• Partner with Sales pre-close to shape rollout plans and transition accounts to post-90-day maintenance.
• Analyze adoption trends and bottlenecks to provide actionable insights.
• Document best practices and build scalable onboarding processes for future clients.
• Develop understanding of product and customer lifecycle mapping to ROI.
