Qualifications

• 6+ years of engagement management or technology consulting experience.
• Strong track record carrying enterprise engagements end-to-end.
• Experience managing executive client relationships with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI transformation engagements from scoping to expansion.
• Translate inputs into structured engagement plans for delivery teams.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder communication for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Anthropic teams to drive Claude activation and usage growth.
