Job summary

Profound, the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, seeks an Engagement Manager to lead AI search programs for 25–35 enterprise customers. You'll own onboarding through measurable outcomes, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver value.

This on-site role supports London, NYC, SF, Boston, or Singapore offices. Base salary range is $110,000–$200,000 with variable compensation; final figures depend on skills, location, and scope.

Qualifications

• 4+ years with enterprise customers in success/account/consulting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong relationship-building.
• Comfort in ambiguous environments and fast-paced settings.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• End-to-end ownership and project management skills.
• Experience in search or marketing industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for 25–35 enterprise customers.
• Own the full customer journey from onboarding through outcomes.
• Conduct strategic reviews; identify opportunities and risks.
• Understand customer objectives; manage relationships across teams.
• Become an expert in AI search and LLMs.
• Multi-thread engagements to mitigate stakeholder turnover.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation.
