Job summary

Allianz Technology’s AI Factory is seeking an Engagement Manager to transform OE pain points into funded AI projects and steer multiple engagements from scoping through to handover. You will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers and IT leadership to shape demand and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will own the OE relationship beyond go-live, preparing structured executive communications for senior stakeholders up to CTO and Board level, while driving delivery across diverse squads.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, management, technology or related field.
• Experience steering delivery or programmes in a large organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and roadmap-shaping skills.

Responsibilities

• Form a half-pizza squad with Forward Deployed Engineers per OE engagement.
• Shape and execute OE demand and turn building blocks into funded engagements.
• Steer multiple engagements across full lifecycle; transfer learnings between them.
• Cut scope when not delivering value; validate assumptions quickly.
• Own handover to global service or local IT teams during delivery.
• Maintain OE relationships post go-live and prepare executive communications.
