Job summary

Metaview is hiring for a remote Enterprise Account Executive to drive multi‑stakeholder deals across the US and Europe. You will own a strategic sales cycle from prospecting to close, building a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities for our AI recruiting platform.

We seek an experienced closer with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC fluency, a proven track record closing large deals (5000+ employees), and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with product and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years quota‑carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven ability to close large, complex enterprise deals (5,000+ employees).
• Strong experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify enterprise accounts for our AI recruiting platform.
• Develop expert insights on AI applications in recruiting.
• Win complex sales with multiple stakeholders from first contact to close.
• Share learnings with founders and product teams to improve the offering.
• Build an extensive network with next‑gen iconic companies.
