Veeva is seeking an Engagement Manager in our Commercial Business Consulting practice in London. This remote-friendly role focuses on transforming Life Sciences operating models with advanced technology, data, and consulting expertise.

You will lead large, global engagements and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders. You will guide cross-functional teams, oversee budgets, and drive commercial success while contributing to Veeva's brand and IP development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Life Sciences consulting experience.
• Proven track record leading large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Deep knowledge of Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, and Omnichannel.
• Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Nice to have: Veeva products knowledge and SaaS/tech-enabled consulting.

Responsabilités

• Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva's most complex, large-scale engagements.
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins.
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects.
• Manage project budgets of $1M+, primary contact for project health and commercial success.
• Support brand-building and development of internal IP.
