Job summary

Able Personnel is seeking an Employability Practitioner Tutor for a permanent, home-based position with travel to Walsall and Staffordshire. The successful candidate will deliver engaging learning sessions, provide one-on-one coaching, and support learners' development. Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to Walsall and Staffordshire twice a month.
• Possess a recognised teaching, assessing or coaching qualification.
• Experience as an Employability Practitioner or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured learning sessions aligned to the apprenticeship standard.
• Provide one‑to‑one coaching and small group mentoring.
• Track learner progress and set clear targets.
