Job summary

Able Personnel is seeking a passionate Employability Practitioner Tutor for a home-based role with occasional travel to Walsall. The role involves delivering structured sessions and mentoring learners to develop essential workplace skills.

The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification or be willing to pursue one. The position offers a salary of £28,000 per annum, with benefits including 25 days holiday and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Employability Practitioner or Careers Coach.
• Willingness to work towards a teaching or assessing qualification.
• Ability to travel to Walsall and Staffordshire for meetings every two months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning sessions aligned to apprenticeship standards.
• Provide one-to-one coaching and small group sessions online.
• Ensure delivery meets quality and compliance expectations.
