A dedicated training provider in the UK seeks an experienced Apprenticeship Tutor to develop and deliver high-quality training programs for apprentices. Qualifications

• Experience with Ofsted inspections and ESFA audit requirements is desirable.
• Knowledge of e-portfolio and learner management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging training and assessments to apprentices.
• Tailor learning sessions to individual and employer needs.
• Prepare apprentices for their End-Point Assessment.
• Maintain partnerships with colleagues and leaders.
• Commit to continuous professional development.

Skills

Experience delivering apprenticeships or vocational training

Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in IT tools

Ability to motivate and engage learners

Creativity in lesson design

Commitment to inclusive practice

Education

Recognized teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., A1, CAVA, TAQA)
