Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is partnering with Newcastle College to recruit an Employability Tutor who will support learners to develop employability skills and progress into employment or further training.

The role is initially temporary with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will plan and deliver engaging employability sessions, help learners with CVs, applications and interviews, and support a diverse group of learners.

Qualifications

• Experience in employability, education, training, careers advice or a related field.
• Enhanced DBS with Update Service and ability to provide professional references.
• Safeguarding and pre-employment checks will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering employability sessions and learning activities.
• Supporting learners with CV writing, job applications and interview preparation.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, CVs, interviews and workplace expectations.
