Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd (CCDG) is a Welsh Government subsidiary, and Careers Wales Connect seeks an Employability Coach. The role is digital, with home-based work and a weekday 9am–5pm rota. Welsh language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Welsh language skills are essential; ability to speak and work through Welsh on everyday and work topics.
• Educated to Level 3 standard or equivalent; Level 4 Diploma in Career Information and Advice training provided if needed.
• Experience with CVs, job searching activities and career information advice.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire clients to secure the best possible career available for them.
• Provide information and advice to help clients manage their careers.
• Deliver employability support (CVs, job searching activities) to those seeking to return to work or change jobs.
• Help clients achieve sustained positive outcomes in education, training and employment.
