Job summary

Careers Wales Connect is recruiting an Employability Coach (Welsh Essential). This full-time role offers a 37-hour week, largely remote work with an office base in Wales, and a rota covering 9am–5pm.

You will support diverse clients—young people, parents, and jobseekers—by providing information, career guidance, CV help and job-search assistance, while delivering services in Welsh. A Level 3 qualification is required; you can train to Level 4 Diploma in Career Information and Advice with our

• Welsh language skills are essential.
• Experience in employability or career guidance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to secure the best career options available.
• Provide information and advice to help manage clients' careers.
• Assist with CVs and job-search activities for return-to-work or career change.
• Help clients achieve positive outcomes in education, training and employment.
