Job summary

The TEFL Org is seeking a creative, analytical Email Marketing Executive to own data-led campaigns from a UK-based location.

In this hands-on role you’ll manage Klaviyo flows, segmentation, testing and optimisation, partnering with Marketing to nurture leads and drive conversions across global markets.

You’ll collaborate with design and content teams, ensure GDPR compliance and deliver measurable results through ongoing testing and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in email, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or equivalent ESP).
• Strong segmentation, automation and customer journeys.
• Ability to turn performance data into practical tests and improvements.
• Good copywriting and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Understanding of deliverability and GDPR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and deliver email campaigns to support brand, acquisition, conversion and retention goals.
• Own campaign setup and delivery in Klaviyo, including segmentation, targeting, testing, scheduling and QA.
• Build, maintain and optimise automated email flows for lead nurturing, onboarding and post-course engagement.
• Use segmentation and customer insights to deliver relevant communications to different audience groups.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually engaging, mobile-optimised emails.
• Monitor deliverability, list health and GDPR compliance; manage unsubscribes and data.
• Track performance across campaigns and flows; turn data into recommendations for testing or improvements.
• Run structured A/B tests across subject lines, content, targeting and send times.
• Collaborate with Marketing Campaign Manager to integrate learnings into broader plans.
