Job summary

The Talent Set is recruiting on behalf of Blind Veterans UK for an Email Marketing Lead. The role owns the email channel, defining strategy, journeys and standards while hands-on designing, building, testing and improving accessible emails.

It also manages the Digital engagement executive and supports cross-functional collaboration. Based remotely with occasional travel to London, the role focuses on supporting supporters, beneficiaries and volunteers, delivering measurable engagement growth and

Qualifications

Proven experience designing and managing email marketing campaigns.
Strong segmentation, automation and personalisation techniques.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign performance.
Able to craft clear and compelling email content for diverse audiences.
Organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics platforms.
