Job summary

Pertemps Network Group is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead the global email programme, from planning through to reporting and optimisation. You will work with cross‑functional marketing teams to deliver targeted communications that boost engagement, aid lead generation and enhance customer and candidate journeys.

Key responsibilities include managing the email calendar, analysing campaigns, developing segmentation and running A/B tests to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Previous email marketing or CRM experience with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret engagement and conversion metrics.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the email marketing programme from planning to delivery and reporting.
• Collaborate with wider marketing teams to drive targeted communications.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop segmentation strategies and personalised communications.
• Run A/B tests and optimisation programmes.
• Support lead nurture, re-engagement and win-back campaigns.
