Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced EHC Co-ordinator for a locum role in Hertfordshire. The position offers a £300 daily rate and the flexibility of remote work, supporting families, schools, and agencies in delivering high-quality EHC plans.

You will manage annual reviews, coordinate multi-professional input, draft EHCPs, and ensure statutory timelines are met. A strong SEND/EHCP background, exceptional communication, and solid data management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in EHC/ SEND casework.
• Knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and statutory procedures.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and report writing skills.
• Proficiency with EHM (Liquid Logic) and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of EHC needs annual reviews and amendments.
• Coordinate advice from education, health, and social care professionals to build comprehensive support.
• Draft and amend EHCPs according to SEND Code of Practice.
• Meet statutory timescales and maintain accurate case records.
• Serve as main contact for families, schools, and partner agencies; ensure clear communication.
• Attend multi-agency meetings and share insights to foster cooperation.
