Job summary

4Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced SEND Casework Officer to join their team and manage EHCP caseloads. The role involves coordinating Annual Reviews, Phase Transfers, and working with families, schools and professionals.

The position offers a highly flexible hybrid working pattern with monthly office attendance in Oxfordshire. You will ensure statutory processes are completed accurately within timescales, maintain case records, and support mediations and Tribunals as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience handling EHCP statutory processes and timescales.
• Experience with Annual Reviews and Phase Transfers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to analyse complex information and professional reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined caseload of children and young people with EHCPs.
• Coordinate and monitor Annual Reviews and Phase Transfers.
• Maintain accurate case records and databases.
• Prepare information and reports for decision panels, mediation and Tribunals.
• Work with education, health, social care and commissioning teams.
• Support SEND policy development.
