LinsCare is seeking an experienced EHCP Coordinator to manage a caseload of children and young people (0–25) on a remote basis. You will coordinate statutory EHCP assessments and plans in line with the SEND Code of Practice, ensuring deadlines and high-quality documentation.
The role requires strong multi-agency collaboration, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently with competing priorities; UK right to work is mandatory.
