Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland in Leeds is seeking an experienced e-Billing Analyst to support the end-to-end e-Billing process from client implementation to invoicing delivery. You will work within the International Operations Team and collaborate across Finance, IT and client teams.

The role requires experience in legal billing, familiarity with billing platforms, and the ability to manage data and respond to queries promptly.

Qualifications

Experience in legal billing is essential.
Strong knowledge of legal billing systems and eBilling platforms.
Familiarity with law firm billing guidelines and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Support and maintenance of complex relationships with clients and key stakeholder groups including Practice Groups, Working Capital Management, Finance Operations, IT, Global Client teams and 3rd party suppliers.
Accurate input and maintenance of data in vendor systems such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaboration and CounselLink amongst others.
Timely and accurate submission of invoices to the appropriate platforms.
Reporting, monitoring and resolution of any invoice rejections.
Maintenance of eBilling mailboxes responding to queries on a timely basis.
Provision of effective training and support to Billing teams, both in the UK and our International Offices.
