Job summary

Marks Sattin is seeking a billing specialist with e-billing or legal billing experience to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment in the UK. You will manage end-to-end e-billing, submit invoices via client portals, and resolve rejected invoices while coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet client requirements.

Strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential, with the ability to handle high-volume workloads and deadlines.

• Experience in e-billing or legal billing.
• Experience in professional services is beneficial.
• Strong systems and Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate:

• Previous e-billing, legal billing or revenue experience
• Experience within professional services would be beneficial
• Strong systems and Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage a high-volume workload and competing deadlines
