Job summary

Addleshaw Goddard in Leeds is seeking an E-Billing Analyst to manage and process e-bill requests and portal matter management, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions in line with client terms.

You will work within the Leeds-based Billing Team, supporting system and process projects, liaising with fee earners, PAs, and Group Finance, and acting as a point of contact for e-billing queries while developing IT/systems skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-billing processes and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and pace.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Submit LEDES and PDF invoices through e-billing portals accurately and promptly.
• Use the E-billing Hub to create and maintain client configurations.
• Ensure correct billing rates and data at matter and client level.
• Maintain client/matter data related to billing arrangements.
