Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland is seeking an e-Billing Analyst to support the end-to-end e-Billing process from client onboarding to invoicing, reporting, and optimization. The role sits within our International Operations Team and collaborates across the Finance function to ensure accurate, timely invoicing.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in legal billing, strong familiarity with eBilling platforms, and a proactive approach to process improvement, in a globally connected law firm

Qualifications

• Experience in legal billing is essential.
• Strong knowledge of legal billing systems and eBilling platforms.
• Familiarity with law firm billing guidelines and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders including Practice Groups and Global Client teams.
• Accurate input and maintenance of data in vendor systems such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaborati and CounselLink.
• Timely and accurate submission of invoices to the appropriate platforms.
• Reporting, monitoring and resolution of any invoice rejections.
• Maintenance of eBilling mailboxes responding to queries on a timely basis.
• Provision of effective training and support to Billing teams, both in the UK and our International Offices.
