Job summary

Connect Legal Partners in Leeds is seeking an experienced eBilling specialist to support the firm's client billing processes across its network.

You will submit invoices through client platforms such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaborati and CounselLink; keep client and matter data accurate; track and fix rejected invoices; manage eBilling mailboxes and client queries; and train and support billing teams in the UK and overseas.

Qualifications

• Billing experience is essential.
• Good knowledge of eBilling platforms.
• Understanding of client billing guidelines.
• Good relationship skills with finance, IT and fee earners.

A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This role sits in the business services side of the firm, supporting lawyers and clients across the whole network.

The role

You will support the full eBilling process for the firm's clients.

• Submit invoices through client platforms such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaborati and CounselLink
