Job summary

A leading training provider is seeking qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to support learners in the Surrey region. The role is home-based with substantial travel required to visit learners and employers, managing your own schedule. The position offers a competitive salary up to £30,000 depending on qualifications, with additional benefits such as health insurance and a referral bonus scheme. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in Early Years settings.

Qualifications

• Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
• Experience in building and managing your own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Supporting a caseload of 40 learners across your region, face to face and remotely.
• Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications.
• Creating appropriate solutions for your learners.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent

Assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA)

Teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS)
