Job summary

A leading training organization is seeking qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors in Oxford to support learners through their apprenticeships and short courses. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of 45 learners, delivering award-winning qualifications, and ensuring an excellent learner experience. Candidates must have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and an assessing qualification. Benefits include up to £30,000 salary, flexible working, and 25 days holiday plus public holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to support a caseload of 45 learners effectively.
• Experience in building and managing your own caseload.
• Proven occupational competency in Early Years settings.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of learners in face-to-face and remote settings.
• Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications.
• Create solutions for learners to enhance their experience.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting

IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent

Assessing qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA)

Teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS)
