Job summary

Vita Health Group offers a training-led opportunity for newly qualified counsellors to gain experience and client hours within the Employee Assistance Programme. You will be supported throughout a dedicated development scheme and work across helpline, telephone, video sessions and online webchat.

Ideal candidates hold a Degree or PG Diploma in Counselling with BACP/NCPS registration, are comfortable with remote working, and eager to progress in a multidisciplinary team with ongoing CPD

Qualifications

• Recognised counselling qualification (Degree or PG Dip Level 4+).
• BACP/NCPS registered membership essential (not student).
• Self-motivated with confidence in remote working.
• Competent IT skills, MS Office and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate emotional support on the helpline and short-term sessions.
• Develop client hours within the EAP training scheme and supervision.
