Job summary

Vita Health Group offers graduate counsellors a chance to gain client hours within a dedicated training and development scheme in our EAP. You will be supported to grow professionally in your first counselling role, coaching you through immediate helpline support and short-term sessions on multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Has a recognised counselling qualification (Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling, Level 4 or above).
• BACP, NCPS (or equivalent) Registered Membership is essential.
• Willing to complete 6 months in Helpline Only role before progression.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, solution-focused support via helpline, telephone, video sessions and webchat.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team with supervision and development opportunities.
• Engage with clients across a wide demographic and use IT tools effectively.
