Job summary

Continia Software is seeking a Business Central Support Engineer to join our global Support team. You will assist Danish and international Dynamics partners with Document Capture, Expense Management, and Document Output, troubleshooting and guiding installations and configurations.

You will reproduce issues, collaborate with the development team, test new functionality, and contribute to knowledge base articles. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

Experience with Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous.
Experience in or understanding basic accounting or bookkeeping processes is advantageous.
Interest in testing new functionality and maintaining support articles.
Ability to work in a structured way and handle multiple tasks, collecting/conveying requests for new features.
Strong written and verbal communication in Danish and English; strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide daily support via web-based helpdesk, phone, and email to Danish and international partners.
Reproduce reported issues and collaborate with development teams to resolve them.
Test new functionality in future releases and document FAQs.
Engage with solution specialists and developers on technically demanding cases.
Maintain and update support articles and knowledge base.
