Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group, recruiting on behalf of a well established service sector organisation in Leicestershire, seeks a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Analyst to join its growing IT and Systems team. You will provide day-to-day BC support and contribute to project-based improvements.

The role is primarily based from modern Leicestershire offices with occasional hybrid working and potential travel to other sites as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) or Dynamics NAV in an end-user or support environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve first-line issues.
• Good understanding of ERP processes across finance, supply chain, inventory management or manufacturing.
• Experience working with business users in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing, distribution or supply chain-focused organisation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/ 2nd line support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users across the business.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day ERP system issues, escalating where appropriate.
• Support finance, sales and operational teams in their use of the ERP system.
• Assist with user training, process documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor system performance and support minor configuration changes and improvements.
• Work alongside IT, business stakeholders and third-party partners on system enhancements and project delivery.
• Contribute to testing and user acceptance activities for new functionality and system upgrades.
• Ensure support tickets are managed effectively and resolved within agreed service levels.
