• Experience in the payments area.

• Interest in testing new functionality and maintaining support articles.

Responsibilities

• Incident handling and stabilization: assess, prioritise, troubleshoot, and communicate with partners.
• Document cases clearly and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Support testing and validation of new features before release.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
