Job summary

Continia Software is seeking a Business Central Support Engineer to join our Banking support team. You will handle incidents, perform structured troubleshooting, and maintain clear communication with partners across our global network.

The role requires experience with Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central, a good understanding of payments and finance, and strong English communication. You will contribute to knowledge base articles and help improve our AI-enabled support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central or Continia solutions.
• Experience in the payments area.
• Experience in finance, or a basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping processes, is desirable.
• A keen interest in testing new functionality and maintaining support articles.
• A structured way of working, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and to collect and convey requests and ideas for new product features.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating fluently and effectively in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, as you will engage with numerous internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Incident handling and stabilization.
• Receive, assess, and prioritize incoming cases according to our defined severity framework.
• Perform structured troubleshooting to identify root causes or viable workarounds.
• Maintain clear communication with partners throughout the case.
• Keep full ownership of cases until resolution or formal escalation.
• Case quality and documentation: ensure incidents are documented clearly and are well-structured.
• Contribute to and maintain our knowledge base articles.
• Participate in testing and validating new features before release.
• Help identify recurring patterns and elevate structural issues to the team lead.
• Support AI-enabled support initiatives through accurate case documentation.
