Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central or Continina solutions is an advantage.
• Experience in or understanding basic accounting or bookkeeping processes is an advantage.
• A keen interest in testing new functionality and maintaining support articles.
• A genuine ability to work in a structured way and to handle multiple tasks and collect/convey requests and ideas for new product features.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating fluently and effectively in Danish and English.
• Strong, proven interpersonal skills are mandatory as you will engage with numerous internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support via our web-based helpdesk platform, as well as phone and email, to Danish and international Microsoft Dynamics partners, who need help with troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and use of the three products; Document Capture, Expense Management and Document Output.
• Reproduce reported issues and work with these together with our development team.
• Test new functionality in future releases.
• Document frequently asked questions and answers.
• Engage in continuous dialogue with solution specialists and the development team regarding technically demanding support cases and requests for new solution features.
