Jobgether is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Consultant – Customer Support for a fully remote role. Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV) in consulting, implementation, or support roles.
• 5+ years of experience delivering customer support for ERP solutions in fast-paced client environments.
• Strong expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and its integration with Business Central.

• Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into BC/ NAV solutions.
• Configure, optimize, and customize BC environments to align with workflows.
• Manage support requests and maintain timely communication with customers.
• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver remediation strategies for ERP performance.
