Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an Operations Manager to scale a growing DTC eCommerce business. You will lead day-to-day operations across supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, and customer service, driving process improvements and scalable systems. This is a fully remote role with strategic influence and direct collaboration with founders.

You will manage multiple functions, build KPIs, and coordinate with external partners to ensure reliable execution and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations/General Management leadership in a growing business.
• Direct, in-house experience running a physical-product DTC or ecommerce brand across multiple functions.
• Experience managing multiple business functions rather than specializing in one area.
• Hands-on supply chain, inventory, purchasing, logistics, and 3PL operations.
• Ability to document and implement SOPs, workflows, and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and resolve bottlenecks for smooth execution.
• Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and scalable systems with tools like Notion.
• Coordinate supply chain activities including purchasing, inventory, and logistics.
• Oversee inventory, 3PL, warehousing, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate customer service workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and team development; set performance expectations.
• Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution with minimal founder involvement.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and build scalable infrastructure.
• Collaborate with founders to translate strategy into actionable plans.
