Cohypes is seeking a Director of Growth to own the global customer acquisition and retention architecture across its e-commerce portfolio. Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing and growth leadership in high-velocity DTC environments.
• Deep Paid Media & Affiliate expertise across Meta, Google, and partnerships.
• Funnel mastery and strong CRO capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with e-commerce metrics mastery.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end customer acquisition and retention strategy across all brands.
• Oversee paid media channels with scaling, bid optimization, and budget reallocation.
• Build and manage high-volume affiliate networks and partnerships.
• Lead rapid creative production and funnel velocity with frequent testing.
• Maximize LTV/CAC through email/SMS lifecycle automation and retention tactics.
• Recruit, mentor, and KPI-drive media buyers, affiliates, and retention experts.
• Collaborate with Brand & Product Owners on targets, pricing, and funnel needs.
• Own attribution, data architecture, and cohort analysis across channels.
